How it Works
Setup Your Sheets
To get started, create a sheet named ‘mapping’ with the following columns: feedback receiver email and feedback giver email and optionally a ‘form’ column for mapping multiple forms. To enhance functionality, add a sheet named ‘master’ to store extra master data of feedback receivers and givers to personalize notifications and reports.
Add and Manage Forms
Add Google Forms for each feedback type (e.g., peers, managers, subordinates). You can tag each form to specific feedback givers for better organization.
Send Notifications
Use the app to send email or Slack notifications to feedback givers. Customize these messages using placeholders to include personal details like names, roles, or links to specific internal references.
Generate Feedback Reports
Once responses are collected, consolidate the data into detailed reports for feedback receivers. Use your master sheet to enrich reports with additional context, such as departments or roles.
